Cancellation Policy

The Hotel Touring has chosen to provide all guests with maximum flexibility in their bookings, so we have provided two options:

• WITH INSURANCE
• WITHOUT INSURANCE

To confirm the booking:

• we will consider valid only written reservations plus 30% deposit of the total amount;
• for reservations close to arrival date we need a guarantee by credit card;
• we highly recommend holiday insurance which also covers cancellations for Covid19.

In case of cancellation of the booking, our policies are as follow (Without Insurance):

• up to 30 days before arrival, the cancellation has no cost and the deposit will be returned;
• between the 29th day and the 15th day the deposit will be transformed into a voucher to be reused in our hotel within 1 year from issue
• between the 14th and the 5th day the deposit will be withheld
• between the 5th day and NO ARRIVAL 50% of the stay will be charged

In case of cancellation of the booking, our cancellation policies are as follow (With Insurance):

• for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival the deposit (30%) will be returned
• for cancellations between 30 days before arrival and in case of no show, the insurance will refund the customers deposit net of the deductible (10% of the amount to be refunded to the hotel) and pay all the penalties due to the hotel according to the foreseen cases for your cancellation;

Given the current importance of taking a vacation the insurance must be stipulated within 48 hours from the booking.
For reservations marked with "non-cancellable" or similar, the cancellation will be charged in full and the notice will not be taken into account. For reductions of the stay or early departures, the amount of the entire stay will be charged.

• Changes to bookings will be up to availability and may involve fare differences;
• Guests who have booked through online travel agencies or other third party travel professionals are encouraged to contact their booking provider for information on their policies;
